Joe Jackson Left Out Of Michael's Will

Yesterday, Michael Jackson's parents Joe and Katherine sought control of their son's estate, claiming in court docs that Michael died without a will; however, just a few hours later, a will from 2002 surfaced, and surprisingly, Joe was not named as an heir.
According to the Wall Street Journal, the document divides Jackson's estate between his mother, his three children and at least one charity, but there is no mention of his father.
So was this really the final draft? And why would Jacko leave his dad out?
But...what will happen to the kids?

Do you people seriously have to ask why Joe was left out of the will? Joe is the reason Michael was so screwed up. He referred to him as Joseph, never as "dad". Do you people not know anything about the Jacksons? Quit asking stupid questions - everyone else in the world knows why Joe would be left out of the will. And look at Joe now, trying to control Michael once again, while promoting himself and his business. This guy will never change.
The reason is as simple as listening to Joseph's little speach last night. He started it with plugging his record company...BEFORE even talking about Michael. There are no feeling there...Joseph is a jerk, and if the courts do anything right, they won't allow those children in the household.

Watched the re-run of the interview with Martin Bashier. MJ HATED is abusive father and straight up did not want his children to EVER have to suffer the ABUSES he suffered at his father's hand. His mother was not much better, as she did not step in to stop the abuse. That is considered a crime in many states now. (Not stopping abuse of a child.) NEITHER one is a fit parent. The childern should be made a ward of the state and put in the care of Janet. She is the seemily most well adjusted of the Jackson kids. Such a sad state of a family. A child would not normally leave their estate to their parents because usually the parents are the first to pass away. Most people leave everything to their spouse and/or kids, not their Mom & Dad

Michael was one of the GREATEST singers of all time. He had no childhood because of Joseph. Joseph deserves this!!!!He put Michael through HELL. I'm glad he is not in the will. Michael, you will always be in my heart.
