Katherine Jackson Denied Role As Executor!

Katherine Jackson's request to be named a co-executor of Michael's estate has been denied by the executors appointed by the pop singers will.
However, Katherine is still pressing the issue.
While, she's not expected to challenge the will, her attorney Londell McMillan tells TMZ Katherine "deserves a seat at the table at a minimum."
The attorney says he's "optimistic they can work things out, but I'm prepared to go the distance if Mrs. Jackson directs to do so."
Sounds like this could get pretty messy. Let's hope the lawyers don't end up being the biggest beneficiaries of Michael estate!

she is his mother,, and I can understand what she is going for.. she wants to be sure that there WILL be an estate there when the children come of age. I think if Michael wanted his mother to raise his kids with the help of Rebbie, and Janet then she should be at the table for everything, its sounds to me why they won't let her in is because maybe these 2 gentlemen are trying to put more money in their pockets, if I were Mrs.Jackson's attorney I would keep post on every single thing that comes out about Michaels dealings, including how many records are selling,movies and anything that is put out from any source. I SMELL A RAT WITH THESE 2 lawyers why won't they let her at the table are they hiding something? I think
It's pretty simple to me. Michael left her 40% of the estate, plus the kids. The kids were left 40% of the estate. That's a pretty significant portion of the estate that she is directly involved in, one way or another, so I don't begrudge her wanting to have an active roll in how it is managed.
Michael did not put Janet or Reba in his
will...we all know who is pressuring her that is Joe..who she is still married too..The lawyers are trying to
protect the Estate..No she does not deserve to stick her nose in everything
including this stupid custody trial..

She called her lawyer the day that Michael died as well as have his house emptied out within hours of his death. Not the first thing most mother would due after finding out that your son dead.
She should respect her son wishes and leave it alone.
I think that the only mistake made was leaving her 40 % it should have 60% for kid, 20% to charity and 20% to mom for her use while she is alive with the balance reverting to the children on her death.
