Katherine Jackson Calls Kidnapping Claims "Stupid"

Katherine Jackson granted an exclusive interview to ABC's Nightline regarding claims she was kidnapped. She also gave her thoughts on the guardianship situation.
The 82-year-old Jackson matriarch, who called kidnapping claims "stupid, said the following:
- "Their ruling in court today was about the guardianship, and I think it was based on a bunch of lies. But I have a good idea who's doing that ... who's behind it."
As X17 exclusively reported, Katherine Jackson spoke directly to TJ Jackson the night before the guardianship hearing to tell him "I'm coming home" and "I don't give you authority to become temporary guardian."
Despite Katherine's requests, TJ (Tito Jackson's 34-year-old son) was granted temporary guardianship over Paris, Prince and Blanket Jackson.
Katherine's lawyers are expected in court today to reinstate Michael Jackson's mom as guardian.
