Lisa Marie Says Marriage To Micheal Jackson Wasn't 'A Sham'

Lisa Marie Presley is revealing her thoughts about the death of her ex-husband Michael Jackson on her MySpace blog.
In an emotional entry titled He Knew, Presley writes:

Years ago Michael and I were having a deep conversation about life in general.
I can’t recall the exact subject matter but he may have been questioning me about the circumstances of my Fathers Death.
At some point he paused, he stared at me very intensely and he stated with an almost calm certainty, “I am afraid that I am going to end up like him, the way he did.”
14 years later I am sitting here watching on the news an ambulance leaves the driveway of his home, the big gates, the crowds outside the gates, the coverage, the crowds outside the hospital, the cause of death and what may have led up to it and the memory of this conversation hit me, as did the unstoppable tears.
In addition, Lisa Marie addresses the rumors about her marriage to Jackson head-on.

I am going to say now what I have never said before because I want the truth out there for once.
Our relationship was not “a sham” as is being reported in the press. It was an unusual relationship yes, where two unusual people who did not live or know a “Normal life” found a connection, perhaps with some suspect timing on his part. Nonetheless, I do believe he loved me as much as he could love anyone and I loved him very much.
I wanted to “save him” I wanted to save him from the inevitable which is what has just happened.
His family and his loved ones also wanted to save him from this as well but didn’t know how and this was 14 years ago. We all worried that this would be the outcome then.
Such a tragic story.
Hard to think anyone could believe the marriage was a sham after reading this, don't you think?

In other words, there was no passion in his love for her,or any other woman. His only passion seemed to revolve around young boys? And his only way out was to pay them off. It's sounds ugly at a time like this but, I really think there's more to it than we realize. How anyone can ignore the dark side of Michael Jackson, in preference to his music, is a mystery to me.
If your child were molested would money really be enough? Wouldn't you want his head on a stick? You would want to see him rot in jail for all the world to see. You wouldn't allow the public (for any amount of money) to speculate that you sold your child out for money - I can't imagine how damaging that would be for a child.
I call what happened to Michael extortion. He was kind and loving (and strange) but I sincerely don't think that any parent would allow him to go on with his life after molesting a child.

12:37, I guess it would depend on the type parent you're talking about. Parents themselves have been known to molest their children. Yes, believe it or not, as sad as it is, there are parents that would drop charges, for enough money. It didn't happen just once, and you would think Michael would have had enough sense to not put himself in that position again. He seemed to seek out the needy ones for a reason.

I think micheal was misunderstood. He was a beautiful person inside out and he gave back to other that was less fourtene.He had alot of love to give,and he will be truly miss for his work and talent.you only get one greatest person in the world,and that micheal.No one perfect,i wish i was able to meet him.My bless go true out to his family,and close friend.God will remmember micheal for the heart that he had,and the love he speaded to other.

michael was a powerful black man who was loved by a lot of people and would be listened and have a lot of influence. he had dreams of changing the world and turning it to a better place and he already contributed a lot in doing this.the media concentrated on the bad things and made stories to make him look bad and all of this contributed to his death.i am going to miss him and a lot of other organizations will miss him to as he contributed to much in helping people and children. all i can say is you do not realise a good thing until you loose it.he was naive but a good human being may he rest in peace.
