Michael Never Filed Adoption Papers For His Three Kids

TMZ is reporting that Michael Jackson never legally adopted his three children, Prince Michael, Paris and Prince Michael II.
Since Michael's most likely not even the biological father of any of the children, this may have some effect on his mother's custody claims. Of course, Debbie Rowe has yet to state whether or not she intends to fight Katherine for custody and Prince Michael II's biological mother still remains a mystery.
He may not be their "legal" parent, but he is still their "presumed" parent, which the judge will most likely take into account.
This is getting even more complicated!

Definitely run DNA. Try to determine who the natural parents are. Poor kids have no idea what their gene pool is.

why does you think he needed to adopt them? he was married to that woman, when she was pregnat, so most probably, both signed after birth, as the parents. in this case it doesn´t matter if he was the biological father or not... i can really not imagine that somebody will forget this important thing...whatabout the ID-Cards of the children? they have been travelling abroad, so they must have a kind of paper that confirmed that he was the father... right?
MJ did not have to adopt because all the children have MJ's name as the father on their birth certificate - Prince and Paris have Debbie Rowe as the mother, Blanket's mother name is left blank

I just love this headline. So if he never filed papers for the kids and Debbie Rowe decides that she wants the kids based on the fact that they are not Micheals, then she totally disinherits the kids. Because she cant go to another court and claim that for the purposes of a future in his estate, the kids should be considered micheals..this is messed up
As long as kathrine makes sure papa joes does not use his belt or switch on any of those kids "and may the devil have her if she does" they should be fine.
You know who makes a big show out of adopting someone else's children ? Madonna; she isn't singing for those 3 kids, I wonder why ?

Let the children have who they want as
their mother, who is Janet Jackson. It does not matter who is the father or mother. The mother's never wanted them, and the father is just a sperm..they need stability and love. They need to stay in the family, but Katherine is too old, Debbie is no good, so let Janet be their mom, who they want in the first place.
