MJ's Attorney Vs. MJ's Mom!

The existence of Michael Jackson's will has been the subject of much scrutiny the last couple of days...
Now Radar reports thats Jacko's lawyer, John Branca, plans to do battle with his client's mother, Katherine Jackson. Why? Because he claims she and her attorneys have been misleading the court with false information.
According to this story, Branca met with Katherine in person on June 29th and presented Michael's will and Trust agreement. Katherine's legal team then filed a petition to put their client in charge of MJ's estate "along with the claim that Michael died without a will." Hmm, what's with all the shadiness?
Michael's mother and her attorney's refer to Branca's will as a "purported will belatedly presented to the court." So basically, she wants to be in charge and in control of everything...
But doesn't the will Branca presented already nominate Katherine Jackson as the guardian of his three children? Is this really just about his assets?
Katherine remains the temporary administrator of her son's estate until next Monday. How do ya think that hearing will go down?
Guess we'll hafta wait and see!

Dont assume who the bad guys are in this mess. Branca had been with a very, very long time. Having gone through being executor myself I can tell you I now recommend if there is a great deal of money and assets involved that the estate be managed by someone who knew you well but is not family and can therefore act more objectively and fairly to carry out your wishes. Trust me. Wait until all the facts come out. Both MJs parents were very dependent on him financially and Joe may be pushing Katherine from behind the scenes.

Branca is a dirty bastard, that's why Michael fired his him. he should not be allowed to control the assets of ex clients with paperworks that are over 7 years old.

I hope Michael was smart enough to put the kids share of his estate in a controlled trust fund, so the leeches (Joe) can't get thier grubby hands on it..I don't think Katherine should be in charge of anything, the truth is, shes still married to the abusive father Joe, and if he was a bad father, why would anyone think he will be a good granddad? She didn't protect her own children.
