Rebbie Jackson To Look After Michael's Children?

It's being reported that if Katherine Jackson gets custody of Michael's three children, Michael's oldest sister Rebbie Jackson will raise them.
Rebbie lives in Las Vegas with her husband of over 20 years, but since Michael's passing, she's been staying at the Jackson compound in Encino, and she's been caring for Paris, Prince and Blanket. Apparently the children adore her, and out of all the Jacksons, she's opted to stay out of the media spotlight over the years, so we think she might actually be the best choice!
Think Debbie would approve of this decision?
And who's going to keep Papa Joe away?

To those of you that think the kids should go to Debbie Rowe, what makes you think she's gonna want to raise the 2 kids she "gifted" to Michael plus a child that she didn't even bear. Get real. These 3 precious kids need to be with whoever will keep them together. Best bet is that the Jackson's will raise them together. I'm sure Michael assumed that if his mother ever got custody of his kids, the extended family would also get involved. Aside from Katherine, you think Diana Ross will want to raise Michael's children? I heard she said that she would do what she must.
