Jackson's Mother To Be Removed As Temporary Administrator Of His Estate

An ex parte hearing took place just a few minutes ago in downtown Los Angeles for the Michael Jackson probate case, and here's what we know...
On Monday, Katherine Jackson was appointed temporary administrator of her son's estate, after she stated that her son did not have a will, but now that the will has been filed, the executors listed in the document want control over Jackson's assets.
John Branca, John McClain and Barry Siegel are named as co-executors - Branca was Jackson's attorney, McClain is a music executive and Siegel was Jackson's former accountant. The three apparently asked the commissioner to nullify Katherine's power as temporary administrator so they could take over...
UPDATE:
The judge has ruled that Jackson's mother will remain the temporary administrator of his estate for the rest of the week, and another hearing will take place on Monday, July 6.

This is absolutely tragic. Those kids need to be as far away from Encino as possible. I'd much rather know that Janet or Michael's attorney or accountant would be the executor of his will. The Jacksons are money hungry and would only use those children to drain what little money is left. How in the hell do you file bankruptcy when your son & daughter are Michael & Janet! Exactly why these children need to be with Janet, she's got her own money & would truly do right by these children & her brother! Janet will make sure her mother is taken care of. Anything left in Katherine's hands will end up in Joe's pocket! It's truly sad that these people are totally disrespecting their son by behaving like greedy welfare recipients. LaToya is raiding his house looking for hidden money & anything else of value, Joe is grandstanding like a pimp peacock promoting his business & not once did he say he loved his son, he'll miss him, how sad he is...everything is he was an icon and what he thinks the kids should be doing! Get those kids away from there!!! Janet step up and do something!

It doesn't seem right that a Judge could over-ride a persons will. I know there could be extenuating circumstances in some cases but not here.

I am a grandmother and 69, years old and I have my grandchildren and will not give them up for andthing and Micheal,wanted you to have tmen so you fight for that. No one has the right to say you are too old. You are younger than me and most likley in better health. We live on SS and that is not much, but the love you can give them is more than money could ever buy and your son knew that.
