The guy was a 50 year old adult. I am pretty sure Michael did what Michael wanted to do and did not do what he did not want to do. When he wanted drugs to help him sleep, he shopped around until he found a Dr who would give him what he wanted.
It was not AEG's responsibility to "treat" Michael safely. He was an adult, not a child.
Michael's family is once again showing their true colors. All they want is money, money, money.

You know what, I can see the Jackson family's reasoning behind the lawsuit, but I sure hope they plan to give they might win from the lawsuit to a charity. Michael was a grown man with 3 children. He had a responsibilty to take care of himself. Personally I believe that Michael knew his time was limited and therefore took all of these steps to make sure his family was financially taken care of.
