Nadya "Octomom" Suleman and Lindsay's dad Michael Lohan are ready to fight ... but not with each other!

The matchups include Coolio vs. Jeremy Jackson, Tareq Salahi vs. Jose Canseco, Michael Lohan vs. Kato Kaelin, Joey Buttafuoco vs. Amy Fisher’s husband, Joey Buttafuoco vs. Amy Fisher’s husband, Lou Ballera and Amy Fisher vs. Nadya "Octomom" Suleman.

For those planning to attend, portions of the proceeds will go to FilmOn Charitable Trust.

Michael Lohan got mixed up in a stinky situation at Boa Steakhouse in West Hollywood on Saturday night -- he was accused of throwing up on someone!

The belligerent young woman who accused Michael of the vomit assault was swearing up a storm outside the steakhouse. While others told a different tale, Michael assured our photogs he was not the puker.

Now that Tareq Salahi has decided to file for divorce from wife Michaele, the White House Crasher is celebrating his soon-to-be single life with old pal Michael Lohan.

Tuesday night, Tareq reported his wife missing, but later found out she had intentially run off with Neal Schon, the lead guitarist for Journey. Tareq's lawyer told Good Morning America, "Tareq is devastated but he is relieved to know that Michaele is safe."

As for Lindsay's dad and Mr. Salahi, the two partied at Opera Ultra Lounge in Washington D.C. where an eyewitness tells X17online exclusively:

"Tareq danced the night away surrounded by lady friends. He even DJ'd a bit."

Michaele who? Sounds like someone is moving on ... and fast!

Michael Lohan says he's furious that he's just now learning that his youngest son Cody, 15, has been receiving death threats. It was just a day ago when Michael tells us he learned the Nassau County P.D. had been surrounding the area next to the family's home in Long Island ... to further investigate these calls.

Lohan, who has been traveling back and forth from LA to Long Island on business, tells X17online exclusively:

"With news of the hurricane that hit this past weekend, and with my son Cody receiving death threats, I can't believe Dina is out in Los Angeles having a good ol' time with Lindsay. Why is she partying during a time like this?"

Papa Lohan says he's offered to send a bodyguard and security team to the family's home. However, his son Michael Jr. insists that he'll be watching over Cody himself. Michael adds, "That's what Dina is supposed to be doing."

Back in 2008, Dina decided to home-school daughter Ali after the teen experienced a number of threats, as well as teasing at school. Will she do the same for Cody?

Over the weekend, Lindsay's mom and Ali grabbed dinner at Carousel Restaurant ... a Lebanese, Armenian and Greek eatery with live music and belly dancing in Glendale, CA.

Lindsay Lohan's dad, Michael, is breaking his silence regarding his ex Dina Lohan ... whom he is calling a "deadbeat mother."

Papa Lohan is reacting to Dina's recent Twitter message: "My x husband is a deadbeat dad so sad a father doesnt support his children !!!!"

Michael tells X17online exclusively:

"For Dina and "her management team" to call me a deadbeat on twitter, not only do I have to laugh but prove what a deadbeat mother and person she is. What mother alienates her kids from their ONLY father and lies about him to her kids in order to drive a wedge between them."

Lohan, who says he has remained up to date with his child support, adds:

"Lindsay's management team let her SAG dues lapse, which put her in this position, tells me that it's all about them taking their money and leaving Lindsay out to dry. Is this another form of conservatorship, like the one imposed on Britney Spears, but without going to court? WAKE UP LINDS, you know better.

Michael Lohan is recovering from a cancer scare after undergoing minor surgery in which he had three polyps removed, and he says he has his 24-year-old daughter Lindsay to thank for urging him to get tested.

Papa Lohan confirms to X17online exclusively:

"Lindsay told me to get checked out. The doctors discovered three polyps in my colon that they said aren't good. So far, they got out what they had to. Now I'm just recovering and waiting for the results of the tests."

Lilo, who now represents the smokeless cigarette brand Blu Cigs, has been an instrumental part in getting Michael to the doctor. As for the smokeless cigarettes, Lohan tells X17online exclusively:

"I was one of the people who helped launch smokeless cigarettes years ago with the company Smoking Everywhere. Me and a partner went to Washington DC to have them legalized."

Smoking Everywhere, Inc. is a Florida based company pioneering in electronic smoking products. Lohan says while working with this company, he had sent smokless cigs to Lindsay years ago ... so for that reason, he tells us the E-Cigarette technology isn't anything new to her.

Lindsay Lohan is currently serving her house arrest sentence, wearing an ankle monitoring bracelet and lighting up Blu Cigs electronic cigarettes ... and her dad, Michael, thinks it's the perfect place for his 24-year-old daughter to be right now.

Lohan tells our X17 videographer:

"I'm just wishing the best for her... I think she's going to do well... It's better than jail."

Lilo is now confined to her Venice Beach pad (next door to ex-GF Samantha Ronson) for a 35-day sentence.

Michael Lohan pleaded not guilty to domestic violence charges against Kate Major, and by the look on his face, he seems to be happy with that decision.

Lindsay's dad denies ever laying a hand on his ex-fiancee Kate Major .... who claims Lilo's dad assaulted her back in March. At the time, Major had called the police after the alleged attack and Lohan was arrested.

When leaving the Beverly Hills courthouse, Lohan told photographers:

“I didn’t touch her. I didn’t do a damn thing to her."

Lohan's trial begins July 5.
