Michael Lohan Arrested ... Again

Lindsay's dad Michael was arrested again yesterday for violating the restraining order against his ex-girlfriend Erin Muller by calling her at work on January 21.
Lohan was arrested for the same thing back in December but blames his problems on other people. He tells X17online.com exclusively, that he wants to "nail that phony con man lawyer of Erin."
Lohan also tells us he's pissed at TMZ's Harvey Levin. He claims Harvey tells lies about him and his family and that he's going to challenge him to a boxing match to settle the score ...
