It's going to be proven that Ali is in no danger at all. She legally does not have to go to school and she is legitimately being homeschooled. Many teens go to Coachella, no big deal. She doesn't go to clubs and the tabloids have been lying about that. She doesn't appear to be on any illegal substances or abusing alcohol or doing anything illegal. She's spent plenty of time over the last year with Lindsay without ever getting in trouble. And, if Lindsay produces a guardian, then he has nothing, absolutely nothing. The best he can do is try to get Ali not to stay at Lindsay's house when Ali's in LA because Lindsay is an alleged drug abuser. Lindsay may be more successful in getting some sort of RO against her father for her and Ali if she really wants to. Neither daughter wants much contact with their father.

For all of those calling 9:01 Dina, the record speaks for itself. Ali's been on trips with Lindsay and comes back safe and sound. Ali is in no danger. The cops didn't take her from Lindsay's apartment, nothing was awry. Frankly, the cops thought Ali was fine and it was BS and are done with Michael Lohan. A good amount of teens have tattoos and smoke. Not enough.

Lindsay's Dad Moves on Conservatorship

Michael Lohan tells TMZ he's on his way to his lawyer's office to start the Lindsay Lohan conservatorship ball rolling.

As we reported this weekend, Michael was giving Lindsay an ultimatum -- either meet with him today or he's going to court. Our Lindsay sources say she wasn't keen on a tête-à-tête -- actually, she said no way would she sit down with daddy.
