Michael Lohan Says "I'll Sue Them Like They Never Imagined" For False Paternity Claims

Christy Horn went public, months ago, with accusations that Michael had a child - Ashley - out of wedlock with her 13 years ago. Lohan has been open to a paternity test from the beginning but tells X17online that Christy made it almost impossible for him to comply with her requests to have him take the test.
Lohan told X17online exclusively, yesterday, all about the drama:
- "No paternity test was done, whatsoever. Christy was invited to come to California and deal with the paternity test; she never showed up. She was invited to come to New York and do a paternity test and never showed up. She wanted me to pay for her and Ashley; I agreed to; but she wanted me to pay for her lawyer and I wouldn't agree to pay for her lawyer. There's no reason to. She could have done it herself at a mutual laboratory with me.
Instead, she pulled a back-end move and went and filed a petition in court in Montana, knowing I couldn't go there and I was never even served. And they held a hearing in absentia, without me there and in default because I wasn't there, claiming that I was the father. I don't know how any state or any law can claim or hold a person to be responsible of being a father when in fact no paternity test was done.
When a test is done and if it comes out negative, I will sue them like they never imagined for all of the lies and all the slanderous and defamatory remarks they made and the reckless way in which they handled this. I can't believe the lengths and depths that Christy will go to to get some money and some publicity. She wants her daughter to be famous like Ali and Lindsay. It's horrible; it really is. I pray for them and I feel really bad for them."

So the question still remains - Is Michael Lohan the father of this girl or not? Does Lindsay have a half-sister she never knew about?
And where and when will a paternity test finally take place???

Pretty obvious it's not his child. The woman avoided the test, that says it all.
Why on earth would someone want Michael Lohan to be the father of their child? He's a parasite who's living off his children. If this girl had any money whatsoever (or the possibility of earning any money) he'd claim her in a heartbeat. And why would the mom drag him into court? He doesn't have any income. 30 percent of zero is zero.
That girl is the spitting image of this douchebag. She needs a paternity test about as much as Jessica Alba's ugly little fat baby with her dad's face needs.
The girl looks just like him, what a loser this guy is.

First of all Mr. Lohan:
My ex took off to another state with his new wife.
The child support agency in the state that I am in issued an order for him to submit his dna at the local child support office where he lives. Then after he went into his local child support agency in the state where he lives and submitted his dna, then the child support agency in the state where I live called me and told me to come in and give our samples, mine and my daughters. Then it took about 3 weeks and the results came back, which of course I knew and he knew but he wanted to act like a jerk about it. The kid is 99.99999999999 his.
So thats the way you do it. Go to the local child support building where you live. Actually you can do it, and have her ordered to do it in the state where she lives. But, you will have to pay up if the kids yours. No, not really, my ex, hasnt paid in years, and the state we live in dont give a crap.
So there ya have it.
So, go submit your dna. If you live rural, I think the child support agency will send you to the nearest hospital to submit your dna.
Stop complaining, if your not going to do anything about it. You do not have to go to the state where she is at, you can do it from right where you are at.
Oh yea one more thing Mr. Lohan, if you go to the local child support agency where you live, the test is free. And she does not have to be there. The only thing you need to know is her addres, or where she is at or her attorneys.
Right on! All he has to do is

pal! Stop being a wussy and
step up to the plate. You don't
have to "get with her" to get
the testing done. WE ALL KNOW
