Hey, he deserves it! Right?
We spotted Michael Phelps (who clearly did NOT wanna be photographed) heading back to his hotel after the VMAs last night... our photog on the scene said the Olympic gold medalist was "having a VERY good time and appeared to have had more than just a couple of drinks."
Clearly he's taking advantage of his newfound fame and partying to the max - both in LA and Vegas! Guess Michael likes rum & cokes just as much as he likes fried-egg sandwiches, chocolate-chip pancakes and pounds (yes, pounds!) of pasta?
And don't forget those energy drinks!
How anyone can consume 10,000 calories a day is beyond me!

Anonymous, you're crazy, you don't know what you're talking about, besides you sound a little bit, jelous, and maybe drunk yourself. If I was drunk I'll probably look worse than him, and wouldn't want anymone near me either, would you?
I hate to say it, but didn't he learn anything from his DUI last year? Generally that means either a. you have a drinking problem b. you are an alcoholic. Either answer means you should not be drinking anymore. He has alot of endorsements in the millions on the line he does not need to be seen in public drunk, I'm just saying.
He better be careful or he will ruin himself and wont have it for the next Olympic, Bolt partied himslef to the ground once but he came to his senses when his present coach came to his rescue.
These comments are hysterical, he is 23 years old, set records many of us could only dream of, and hell yeah he is going to celebrate. This has nothing to do with his past DUI (which in NO way, shape or form is acceptable), people make mistakes and lessons are learned, but he is 23, only 23 years old, let him play. Plus he is hot and deserves to have fun while he can.
