Michelle Rodriguez ditched her usual uniform of a leather jacket and skinny jeans for this see-thru feminine dress paired with lacy boy-shorts that she wore to James Franco's post-Oscar bash at Supper Club Sunday night.
Joining Lindsay Lohan and Seth Rogen at the party (which Franco himself skipped), Michelle's sexy dress looked a lot like another celeb's frock at a fete across town:
Although both ladies certainly have the bod to show off, Michelle is 32 ... Madonna is 52.
Michelle Rodriguez will next be seen in the film Battle: Los Angeles, while Madonna won't be seen at all in her next flick -- she decided to go behind the camera for the period piece, W.E.

Madonna looked terrible in her fishnet stockings with the lace dress. She did look like an old lady trying too hard.

Honestly she looks great. The bottom ruffly part should have been slightly different.
I am a woman and ordinarity I do not like these types of dresses but the color, lace, overlay etc were beautiful and it was current yet beautiful.
