Did Heath and Michelle Secretly Wed?

Heath and Michelle have been spotted out and about wearing wedding rings, sparking rumors that the longtime couple (who met on the set of Brokeback Mountain and have a daughter, Matilda, together) have wed in secret. The couple, who have already applied for a wedding license, are notoriously private, so it wouldn't come as any surprise if they had married in secret!
If it's true, congrats to Heath and Michelle!

Reports were that he applied for a marriage license in the beginning of Nov 2006. It's only valid for 30 some days so if that rumor was true they should have married before 2006 was over. Judging from their rings I'd say it's true.
