Let's hope it was just the loud music giving Mickey a headache, and that the almost-Oscar winner isn't going back to his hard partying ways.

With Mickey's boxing history and the beating he took physically in the Wrestler movie, its quite possible that a sports injury has kicked up, especially headaches, neck and back stuff. I hope he is ok...he certainly isn't walking like he is 'under the influence.'
