Megan Fox and Mike Tyson are showing that they have a sense of humor in a new commercial to promote Brazilian-based language school CCAA. Random!

The ad, filmed in Oxnard, California, shows two guys who end up on a remote island after a plane crash ... only to encounter the gorgeous Ms. Fox and the words, "Welcome to Megan Fox Island." Then later on, the non-English speaking guys encounter Mr. Tyson ... and the words "Welcome to Mike Tyson Island." The concept is pretty eye-catching!

We'd prefer being stranded ... surrounded by thousands of Megans. Just saying.

The release of the highly-anticipated sequel to The Hangover could be delayed because Mike Tyson's tattoo artist is suing Warner Brothers for using what he claims is the same tattoo Tyson has around his left eye, on Ed Helms' character.

The award-winning tattoo artist, S. Victor Whitmill, filed suit in late April against the movie studio for copyright infringement. Whitmill claims the movie studio never requested permission from him to recreate the art.

Tyson has a small role in the first film, but was not named in the lawsuit.

Warner Brothers has responded to the suit claiming that delaying the film would incur massive costs, and calling Whithill's charges a "radical claim that he is entitled, under the Copyright Act, to control the use of a tattoo that he created on the face of another human being." WB claims use of the ink job is covered under fair use law because Tyson and his tattoo are well-known in pop culture.

Los Angeles prosecutors decided not to file charges against Mike Tyson after he allegedly punched a photographer at Los Angeles International Airport last month.

"After a full and thorough review, we've decided not to file charges against either party due to insufficient evidence," L.A. City Attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan said Thursday.

Tyson's attorney said the paparazzi photographer "aggressively approached" the heavyweight champ, "provoked and harassed" them and was coming so close to Mike and his wife and daughter that at one point he bumped the child's stroller.

The 50 year-old pap, Tony Echevarria, denied he was being aggressive, claiming he was being "respectful."

X17online has the first shots of Mike Tyson after being arrested for allegedly assaulting a photographer at Los Angeles International Airport tonight.

News has just broken that Tyson has been released on charges of misdemeanor battery.

X17online has spoken with an eyewitness on the scene of tonight's altercation between Mike Tyson, 43, and a videographer trying to capture the fighter on tape at LAX and here's the story we get ...

Tyson arrived at the international terminal Tom Bradley at Los Angeles International Airport. He was returning to the States after a four-date Come Back To The Fans Tour in England. Tyson's luggage was lost and he was sent to United Terminal 7 to file a report. Our source says he was with his wife Lakiha Spicer and their daughter Milan.

Our source tells X17online exclusively:

"Mike was really getting upset the longer this paparazzo kept following him. It's a long walk from the international terminal to Terminal 7 where he was sent for his luggage and he was so mad that he had to walk there with his wife and daughter and this annoying guy following him the whole way. You could see the rage building."

A videographer named Tony (not from X17) was following Tyson throughout the ordeal. Tyson was upset about the luggage situation and was further infuriated by Tony following him.

The eye witness tells X17online Tyson went to the restroom at one point and the videographer followed him in there!

Our eyewitness says:

"When this photographer followed Tyson into the bathroom, it was insane. You could literally see steam coming out of Mike's ears. With those tattoos on his face and that look in his eyes, it was really, really scary."

That caused the altercation and the police were called. The photographer was knocked out, we're told; but apparently it couldn't be established who threw the first punch so both Tyson and the photographer were arrested. It is unclear whether the photographer was treated for injuries or not and if so, where.

Mike Tyson has been transferred to another, yet undisclosed, police station.

The LAX police department where Tyson and Tony were first being held isn't talking at this point and the LAPD downtown isn't either.

We're getting word from photographers on the scene at LAX that boxing champ Mike Tyson has been arrested for hitting a photographer outside the United Airlines terminal.

The Los Angeles Police Department tells X17online Tyson is being held at the airport police station.

We hear the photographer was taken to a location hospital by ambulance.

A rep for the Phoenix Police Department has confirmed that Mike Tyson's 4-year-old daughter Exodus has died, releasing the following statement yesterday: "I was just advised by investigators that Exodus Tyson was pronounced deceased at 11:45 a.m. today at the hospital. Our sympathies go out to the family."

Tyson's daughter was on life support and in critical condition after being found hanging from a treadmill cord around 10:30 on Monday morning. Exodus was taken to St. Joe's Hospital, and her father flew into Arizona from Las Vegas immediately after hearing of the tragic accident.

Our thoughts are with the family during this difficult time.
