Billy Ray Defends Miley's Provocative Performance

Miley's dad Billy Ray is defending his daughter's scantily-clad stripper pole performance at the Teen Choice Awards.
"I just think that Miley loves entertaining people,†Billy Ray Cyrus told Access Hollywood. “She loves singing [and] song writing.†Somehow we don't think people were exactly thinking about her song writing ability during that performance.
Anyway, Billy Ray doesn't think there was anything wrong with his 16-year-old daughter bumping and grinding while hanging off a metal pole.
“I always tell her to love what you’re doing and stay focused for the love of the art and not worry so much about opinion,†he added.
Um, Billy Ray, do you really think a teen dancing provocatively is art?
Don't you think he should be more of a protective dad?
