Miley used to travel everywhere with a body guard when she was a minor. My advice to her is to go back to that. It's obvious that the paps--including those from X17--are deliberately provoking her and getting up in her face. She should take a page from Russell Brand's playbook: hire a tough body guard who can take these slime balls down if necessary. Russell Brand's body guard beat the hell out of one of these slimeballs in India a few days before his wedding and he hasn't had much trouble from them since then.

It was clear on the video that the guy bumped into her mom & even after Miley told him off he was hot on her & shooting his camera as she got in the car. She & her mom were out in a family type restaurant, not some Hollywood hotspot & they had every reason to believe thay would not be hounded by the paps there.
