The 19-year-old starlet covered up her cropped locks with a black beanie, but she showed off her slim waist in a super short skirt and a cropped black tank. Tish rocked a pair of skinnies and this season's must-have Isabel Marant booties ... you know Miley's gonna swipe those at some point if she hasn't already!

Yesterday Miley tweeted a picture of a text from her makeup artist Pati Prema Dubroff referencing her upcoming Cosmopolitan shoot, and she later wrote, "Not sure if I was supposed to drop that [bomb] yet haha! <3 Pix look soooo dope!" Cosmo confirmed the upcoming cover and tweeted, "The rumors are true: Yes, we just shot @MileyCyrus for her first Cosmo cover. Yes, @RachelZoe was involved. Yes, the photos are UNREAL."
