All That Glitters Is Not Good

Oh, Miley. Forget that you seem to insist on dressing older than your mom (who admittedly is trying to hard to look like your older sis), but your heavy, beaded ball gown looks like Scarlett O'Hara fell down her staircase into a vat of glitter!
And as for the fish scale/petal skirt? Ever since Marion Cotillard wore her scale-y mermaid gown last year, seems like everyone's gone fishy, but here, it's not in a good way (although my fellow X17er disagrees!)
What do you think? Hot or not?
