i was there for that FNMTV taping, and i have to admit, no matter how much i don't like her, Miley is so gorgeous in person, and photographs and videos just don't do her justice. and the reason she's hiking her skirt up is because she's wearing shorts underneath, which you'd clearly notice if you watched FNMTV last friday.
