Miley Cyrus Looks Beautiful In Black In The Big Apple

Yesterday, Miley Cyrus slicked back her short 'do and rocked a cute black sweater and skirt when she hit the New York City streets.
The 19-year-old entertainer, along with her mom Tish, were in town to see Billy Ray Cyrus star as Billy Flynn in the famed musical Chicago on Broadway. The entire Cyrus clan sans Trace were in town for show, including Noah, Brandi and Braison. Great to see the family reunite despite their busy schedules!
