Miley Cyrus Loves Being A Heartbreaker

Hit her with your best shot! Miley Cyrus seemed to be going through some mood swings as she met a friend at a New York Bagel & Café in Los Angeles Wednesday.
The "Party in the U.S.A." singer looked super toned in her fave Pat Benatar '81 tour tee, tiny denim cutoffs, black flats and a spiky leopard print bag. But despite how fab she looked, she kept fluctuating between huge grins and angry scowls in a span of just a few minutes.
Miley also showed off the anchor tattoo she got on her right wrist during her Gyspy Heart tour this past spring. That makes a reported nine tats for the 18-year-old singer/actress.
Maybe that Gatorade will calm her down? After all ... the girl can't be a heartbreaker with a frown!
Miley Cyrus will be an aunt in just a few short months! Her big bro, Trace Cyrus, is expecting his first child with girlfriend Brenda Song.
Like Miley, Brenda is also a former Disney star - she played London on Suite Life with Zack & Cody.
