Miley Cyrus Is A Lady In Leopard At The VMAs

Miley Cyrus showed up at the MTV Video Music Awards Sunday night in a full-length, leopard-and-floral print gown by Roberto Cavalli.
She finished off her look with Lorraine Schwartz jewels and Azzedine Alaia shoes. Sometimes we can't believe Miley's only 18 -- she looks so grown up!
The singer presented the Best Rock Video award with skateboarder Shaun White at the awards show.
The awards are held at LA Live in downtown Los Angeles. So far, the cast of Jersey Shore, Selena Gomez, Amber Rose and Wiz Khalifa have shown up!
