Ms. Miley's back in LA! But she brought a little bit 'a country with her from Louisiana (where she was filming So Undercover).
Miley hit up Urth Cafe yesterday with some friends and she had some REALLY country cowboy(girl) boots on with some kinda western scene painted on them. New trend? Doubt it ... That's just Miley being Miley!
