Miley Cyrus Debuts Her New 'Do On The VMA Red Carpet

After chopping off her her locks last month, Miley Cyrus stood out on the red carpet for the 2012 MTV Video Music Awards as she debuted her new faux mohawk!
The former Hannah Montana star arrived sans fiance Liam Hemsworth in a sleek Emilio Pucci black long dress with a low-cut neckline along with a silver Edie Parker clutch.
While she wasn't up for an award or slated to perform, she still managed to steal the spotlight with her new 'do. Rock it Miley!
