Miley Cyrus Shows Funky Fashion Sense At Kelly Osbourne's Birthday Party

Miley Cyrus helped Kelly Osbourne celebrate her 27th birthday at the Little Door nightclub in Los Angeles.
Ms. Osbourne, who held on tight to a grungy-yet-sexy new guy, was thrilled to have the Disney darling at her late-night fiesta. Kelly Tweeted:
- "Having the best birthday with @MileyCyrus I'm so happy she came!"
While the formerHannah Montana star wore a long red skirt and animal print blouse, the birthday girl opted for black pants and a drapey white shirt. Not sure the fashion police would approve of this one!
