Miley Cyrus Hangs Out With BFF Kelly Osbourne At Elton John's Oscar Party

Miley Cyrus struck a pose at the 21st Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation's Oscar viewing party on Sunday, and after mingling with a fellow partygoers, she palled around with BFF Kelly Osbourne.
The ladies grabbed Elton and planted a kiss on him, and as much as we love Ozzy's daughter, we have to wonder if someone shouldn't call the fashion police on her for this sheer-paneled frock. You really gotta have a body like Miley to pull something like that off!
But who asked who for this group photo? Maybe Kanye's baby mama is secretly a huge fan of the "Can't Be Tamed" singer?
