It's definitely puppy love!
Miley Cyrus gifted beau Liam Hemsworth with a new pooch for his 22nd birthday, and introduced the dog to the world via Twitter on Tuesday, with the caption: "Meet Ziggy =]."
Since the Disney star's nickname is "Bob Miley," we're not surprised she named the pup "Ziggy," after one of the late singer's most famous sons!
The Last Song star adopted the puppy at a local shelter, and she's encouraging her followers to do the same, Tweeting: "If you live in LA & looking to rescue an adorable pup like Ziggy let me know! I have an amazing rescue! So many pups in need of a mommy!"
Adorbs!

Adorable pup!
The shelter dogs are the best pets. They will love you unconditionally every day of their lives.
she wants him to clean up vomit. pee and poop.. run around with the pet in all weather, pay the vet bills, put up with the complaints.. have it chew all his precious things and spread it's stink.. that's her way of saying I LUB YA Jerk.. Good bye!
agree, it ain't a seal.
but do not hesitate: CUDGEL, folks!!
Is a good idea to rescue a dog. But not a good idea to give a dog as a surprise. Make sure the person wants a pet and is ready for the responsibility of taking care of the pet. Too many pets r given as gifts and then dumped off at the shelter. Very sad.
Well, we already know the girl doesn't have brains, so not surprised that she bought him a dog, when SO SO SO many dogs in the SHELTERS need good homes!
