Miley Cyrus' little sister Noah was snapped with pal Bella Thorne in Hollywood last night, and before you freak out over the 11-year-old hitting the club scene, keep in mind that she was at Christian Combs' 13th birthday bash. Yup, he's Diddy's son, and the music mogul made sure there was everything from a red carpet to a fancy cake at the party.
The event was held at the Rolling Stone Restaurant & Lounge, and Noah's super famous big sister may not have been her plus one, but it looks like the pint size starlet still had a blast!
