Miley Cyrus Buys $4 Million Pad

Miley is movin' on up!
Singer/actress Cyrus, 18, is cementing her status as a full-fledged adult by purchasing a pad in Studio City, Calif., to the tune of almost $4 million.
Miley had previously lived in a $3.4 million home just a few doors down from her parents in Toluca Lake, Calif. Now, she can invite friends over to her grown-up pad, which has a pool, surround sound and a whopping 10 available parking spots -- perfect for parties!
The 5,173 square-foot house, which Miley bought for $3.9 million, has five bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
And, the estate is private; it's surrounded by a wall and kept safe with a gate. The listing described it as "the perfect celebrity hideaway." Just what Miley needs!

The purchase is good news for Miley, who fell into a Twitter war on Monday -- find out what happened after the jump!
Miley, who just got a tattoo in support of gay marriage, got backlash from her fans after Tweeting a pic of her new tat.
The singer responded, "Where does it say in the bible to judge others? Oh right. It doesn't. GOD is the only judge honey. GOD is love."
Cyrus took down her Twitter account last year after getting hateful comments for her support of gay marriage. She returned to the social networking site earlier this year.
