Miley Cyrus Leaves Her Bra Behind Yet Again

Another day, another midriff-baring outfit for Miley Cyrus!
The starlet was snapped going to a skin care clinic in West Hollywood on Thursday, and despite the 65 degree weather, she showed off her taut tummy in a cropped sweater. No complaints here, but it does look like the bra-less babe was a bit cold!
Miley's birthday is next week (she turns 20 on November 23), so we're guessing she's getting primped and pampered in preparation for her big party. But what's going on with her hair? This is the third day in a row she's covered up her short blonde locks in a black beanie...
