Miley Cyrus Rocks Sparkly Tube Top, Talks Honey Boo Boo

Miley Cyrus looked like a rock star while appearing on Chelsea Lately to promote her upcoming guest spot on Two and a Half Men.
The 19-year-old pop star quickly turned the chat to Honey Boo Boo. Cyrus told the talk show host that she "loves" the child beauty pageant star.
Cyrus told Handler that she upgraded her sound system at home so she could hear Boo Boo even louder. She added:
- "I put in a home theater in my house, and then it wasn't quite loud enough so we got sub woofers so I can really hear her extra loud. So when I hear her, 'Holla for a dolla!' The whole house shakes."
Handler asked if fiance Liam Hemsworth watches the show with Miley. "Liam won't watch it," she clarified. Bummer!
