Miley talked to Ryan Seacrest this morning about a whollllle heap of things including how she's restraining herself from stalking neighbor and idol Hilary Duff, but that's not what we care about.
What we really care about is her explanation of why she was jogging through her neighborhood, in a visible bikini top and short shorts with her sweaty, shirtless piece of man meat.
Apparently, the pair were just washing his car! I know, totally NC-17 in a Wild Things kind of way, right?
BUT, Miley says not so. In fact, her 8-year-old sister was there, too, and the top was her mom's baggy tee that only exposed her bikini as she ran. Doesn't that make it so much more PG?

omg... i dressed like this when I was 16 and am and still am a christian/roman catholic. Its almost 80 degrees here in Studio City and she lives one city over so its just as hot there.
