Okay, so he's definitely not as hot as Justin Gaston or Liam Hemsworth, but whatever! Miley's too young to settle down anyway.
Here's the Disney sweet-tart at the Kings of Leon concert last night - where everyone else was! - with Carter Jenkins, a fellow actor. (You can check him out in Valentine's Day next year with co-stars like Anne Hathaway and Julia Roberts!) Hmm... new couple alert or just BFFs?
