Miley's Song "7 Things" About Nick Jonas!

Miley has admitted in the past that a big portion of her album Breakout is about ex-boyfriends, but 7 Things video director Brett Ratner may have outed her in telling MTV that this particular song (which talks about "the 7 things I hate about you"!) is about Nick Jonas!
"She had me come out to her house," Ratner says. "She started showing me all of her personal items from under her bed that her ex-boyfriend gave her. The necklace she's wearing in the video is the necklace he gave her. She's wearing his diabetes or medical necklace."
And, of course, Nick, who's apparently dating that other Disney star, Selena Gomez, has been quite outspoken recently about his diagnosis as a diabetic.
So exactly what went on between the tweens to make Miley so upset as to write a song about the "7 Things" she hates about him? I guess we can just watch the video (below) and find out!
I mean, she's only 15! What exactly could she be so upset about?

personally i love the song and i love miley but the thing i don't get is if she really did hate all this stuff about nick, why did she go out with him?? yeah she says she likes things about him, but they don't make up for as much as the hate things :S so confused!
