Let's give credit where it's really due. I know this little girl as she is a family friend. One year ago she was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and just this last week she found out it was 100% gone. All she had in the hospital for the past year was her ipod and she loves Miley Cirus. Look past the performer and see who it helps and makes smile. This was a long scary year for this little girl and she just had a happy ending.
