Miley Cyrus and BFF Mandy Jiroux didn't seem to mind the attention from photogs in Hollywood yesterday morning! The Disney superstar and her slighter older companion (what is it with her and the 20-year-olds?!) were out with Miley's mom Tish, and the girls could not stop giggling!
Good to see the weather didn't put a damper on their day!
