We spotted Miley Cyrus and boy male friend Justin Gaston enjoying a night out in Hollywood, and the two were all giggles when we caught them in the parking lot. Good to see they're enjoying themselves, but what's so funny? And when will they actually hold hands in front of the cameras? You know they want to!
