How do you prefer your Miley?
On the left we've got the Disney sweet-tart (wearing too much makeup!) in her Sunday best for a night out at Katsuya, and on the right she's glistening in the sun outside of Coffee Bean. We like her both ways, but what look makes her look her best... all dolled up or all dressed down?
I'm actually gonna go with dressed down!
