Celebrity Street Style: Model-Turned-Actress-Turned-Designer-Turned-Fashion Disaster?

I can't decide which look I like worse:

The Armani Prive gown she wore on the red carpet wasn't bad, but accessorizing it with that crystal headband and side-swept 80s banged 'do is a don't.
