The recent mother took the time to show off her slim post-maternity figure - both during the day as she grabbed a coffee with her fiancee Paul W.S. Anderson, and then later that night as the couple left after dinner at Koi!

Considering how huge Milla was getting towards the end, her shapely figure really is something to behold - she must be on the Heidi Klum diet!

It's not hard to get your figure back after having a baby in California.

They schedule a Cesarian and right after they deliver the baby they do a tummy tuck.

A few weeks later you can still have liposuction as need on your body.
