Miranda Kerr is four months pregnant ... and the supermodel continues to keep her body in picture perfect condition. Here's the Victoria's Secret hottie promoting her organic skincare line Kora while doing a little yoga.
Kerr, 27, and Orlando Bloom, 33, secretly married in Anguilla this past July, and until now, she's been keeping her growing belly on the down low.
Exercise, relaxation and healthy eating has done her body good. She's definitely one hot mama-to-be!

^ Dont know how long it's gonna last but it's not like Bloom works a lot or anything, so they may get sick of each other fast. Not only that, screaming, puking kids put a damper on the honeymoon phase pretty darn fast. Yep, I had a shotgun wedding and we were done when baby was 3 months old.
