Mischa Barton Wears Velvet In August

Mischa Barton strolled down Robertson Blvd. yesterday with UK radio personality Fearne Cotton, shooting an interview for Cotton's upcoming celeb interview program to air on ITV2 in England.
So we've never heard of Ms. Cotton and while she's got quite a cute face, we can't see anything of the rest of her body under that frumpy frock. Meanwhile, Mischa seems to continue to lose weight and was looking quite hot -- and literally hot! -- velvet shorts in August??!!
We understand -- fall fashion has been in our closets for more than a month now and we're hankering to show it off. But we practice restraint ...
