Mischa Charged On Four Counts Related To DUI

Mischa Barton was charged with four criminal counts yesterday, related to her DUI arrest in December:
- one misdemeanor count of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- one misdemeanor count of driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.08% or higher
- one count of being an unlicensed driver
- one count of possession of marijuana
A hearing has been set for February 28.

These idiot's can hire a driver if they want to get wasted. If they get drunk and then go drive where they can kill some innocent person then I say put them all in jail.

When she initially got popped the media said it was a bad time for her to get busted because she was in the middle of multiple projects. I was supprised to here that as I though her 15 minutes were up. I think she may have made that up.
