Mischa Makes A Comeback!

First she wore a sexy, strapless frock, then she wore a disastrous velvet cape, but now she's back in a dress and heels and we're loving it!
Mischa Barton attended the Elie Saab Spring-Summer 2009 Haute Couture show held at the Palais de Tokyo in Paris, France, and she showed off her suddenly slender figure in a sparkly one shoulder dress and peep toe platforms.
We don't know who picked out this dress for the actress, but they deserve a hefty bonus and a pat on the back! We can't even remember the last time we saw the former OC starlet looking this beautiful. (Eh, just ignore her hair and the fact that her dress needs to be pulled up about two inches.)
We also want to know how she got so skinny, and so fast!
Think she can keep it up?

I'm French and I live in Paris. Yesterday it was very very cold. More than the other years. I really think she is ridiculous to wear this dress, she's not classy at all, and moreover she looks dirty.
