If that wish was that painting sparkly stars on her face would distract us from noticing how unflattering those tight, high-waisted jeans were on her, I'm not sure it came true!
Mischa tapped into her inner starchild at the Make-A-Wish Foundation’s Day of Fun hosted by Kevin & Steffiana James Sunday on the Santa Monica Pier!
The blonde starchild joined Adam Sandler, Drea de Matteo, Rosario Dawson, and Anna Paquin at the event, which seemed mainly aimed at parents and their kids.
Oh well, I guess you're never too old for some face paint!
But you are too hippy for those jeans!

One thing I absolutely love about Mischa Barton is that she doesn't seem to give a flying $#^%! about what the media says about her weight. Every day she just goes out, does her thing, dresses however she wants to dress, and if media outlets want to blab obsessively that she has a little extra weight she may not have had before, then so be it. She's not bawling over it, appearing on every talk show whining about how the media is mean about celeb's weight. She just goes about. I'm pretty sure she's got more to worry about than a little extra weight around the thighs and legs. Half of the men in the US would probably still want to do her. She's not Bigfoot for crying out loud, she's just carrying extra curves right now, and some say for the better. Lord, leave her alone now. I'd much rather read about what her next acting role will be.
