The former O.C.er spoke to Ryan Seacrest about her recent DUI on KIIS FM this morning.
Mischa claimed 100% responsibility for her actions (duh, she was the only one in the car!) and said she was very "disappointed in myself."
Apparently not too disappointed to be seen out partying the next weekend!
Hey, at least she wasn't driving, though!

It's strange, she's cool but not newsworthy.
It's great she says she's taking responsibility, but I did listen to the interview. She blames the fact that she grew up in NYC as to why she doesn't have a license. Of course she's been living in LA for at least since The OC started. And in interviews she has claimed she has her license and she's been in a number of accidents. I guess getting caught makes you want to be responsible.
She also doesn't want to be lumped in with those other girls with DUIs, but of course some of them are her friends.
I guess she's getting the PR machine going.
i also think it great she is taking responsibility. But the whole "i've lived in NYC thing" is a bit confusing. However, I think she is only friends with Nicole, and they supposedly haven't been hanging out much lately. Also, Mischa has never been seen or heard of hanging out with Paris, Lindsay, or Britney. I don't neccessarily think she is friends with those girls. She has said in interviews you will only see her with five of her close friends.
